50% of total for your visit to Hale Ho'omana is required to secure your booking and will be charged to your card at the time
The remaining balance for your stay with us will be charged 1 month prior to your arrival.
Cancellation policy:
If you should need to cancel for any reason prior to 30 days before your arrival date, your entire deposit less a 5 % transaction fee will be returned to you.
IF you should cancel for any reason within 30 days of your arrival your total deposit will not be refunded to you. As a courtesy, 50% of your deposited funds will be credited towards rescheduling your visit within the calendar year. Hale Ho'omana reserves the right to retain the remaining 50% deposit as compensation for late cancellation.
Retreat rate: Entire property rents at $650/night plus tax at 12.42% tax for shared accommodations in cottages. (no cleaning fee will be added for group retreats). This includes Hale Nui common areas, all rooms and cottages. Maximum capacity on property includes shared accommodations defined: 2-3 Lehua cottage, 4 Makena cottage, 5 Ohana cottage, 2 Hawaiian room, 2 Hibiscus room.
*If renting the entire property, the group leader can determine the number of guests per room as they see fit.
Activity Booking For Group Retreats- will be finalized 30 days prior to arrival
Potential activities will include :
- Sacred Site tour- $85 per person, exploring gardens and Hawaiian temples, 4 person minimum to book
- Taro Patch excursion- Approx. $300 donation to be presented to Bush and Lola Martin for their hospitality
- Luau feast- $85 per person includes entertainment
- Snorkeling equipment rental-$8 per person
- Kayaking tour- $65 per person (price includes snorkel equipment) 7am-10:30 pm
- Surfing lessons- $60 per person for group lesson, $120 for private lesson
- Hawaiian Spa treatments- $85 per hr, $125 per 1 ½ hr, $30 add-on for hot stones, sugar or salt scrub
- Hawaiian Sweat Lodge -$55 per person (8 participant minimum)
- Yoga Classes $18 per person for drop in
- Zumba Classes $10 per person
Meals, including breakfast ($10), lunch ($15) and dinner ($20) will be served to guests on the Hale Nui Lanai or packed for daytime excursions if notified in ample time. Hale Ho'omana must be informed of the number of the estimated guests requiring catering service one month prior to arrival as well as any food preferences or allergies to accommodate the individual needs of retreat guests.
*Meal Deposit of 50% of meal total for attending retreat guests will be due one month prior to arrival. Balance will be due on arrival date.
Conference space rents at $225 per day plus tax. If renting entire property for group retreat, conference space is offered at a discount of $160/day.
Hourly rental of conference space is $40/hour plus tax. If gathering lasts up to 4 hours then daily space rental of $225 will be applied
Hale Ho'omana will hold workshop reservation for a retreat under the following conditions:
- at the time of booking retreat date, a deposit of 25% of total retreat fee is due
- 90 days prior to scheduled retreat date additional 25% deposit of total retreat fee is duE
- Upon arrival the final 50% balance toward retreat reservation is due. (This gives leaders an opportunity to collect from retreat guests upon arrival)

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason BEFORE the 90 day period prior to arrival 25% of your total fee will be refunded to you. If you must cancel WITHIN the 90 days mark before your arrival, 25% of your total fee will be held as a credit toward rebooking within the calendar year. The other 25% will be paid as late cancellation compensation to Hale Ho'omana.
